The literal meaning of melodious word Hijab means to cover. Hijab
is the part and parcel of females residing around the globe. However there are
many misconceptions about it in the minds of the people. Hijab has been used
since ages and even today it is worn by muslim ladies in the world. Depending
upon the time hijab has also undergone many specific changes from time to time,
but the intention is firm and remains the same as to cover one's body. It has
undergone various changes in terms of cloth,look, shape, size, lusture, colour,
design, appearance and so on. There are many nations which are famous for
making classic scarfs and hijab Indonesian and Malaysian scarfs and hijab are
famous world wide. There are skillful workers who blend to make the master piece
of it. It is refferred by many names such as hijab, jijab, naqab, burkha,
batik, veil and so on. Hijab is nothing but a type of covering female body to
prevent any kind of exposure to males. By wearing hijab a lady can move freely
in markets, public places, and duties and so on. There is no kind of any
restrictions and so on from the point of women. It is carried on since ages and
sisters around the world should prevent this legacy. Hijab reflects islamism.
By hijab a women feels much secure and relived. Hijab adds beauty to her
appearance. There are many muslim women who participate in sportive events by
wearing special type of hijab specially worn for sports purpose. Now adays even
non-muslims girls and women intend to wear scarfs in order to protect themselves
from cold and hot sun. It is so that hijab has many advantages hidden in it. It
act as a protective coverings for weather. It also allows them to make their
movements freely in order to walk or do any manual work with ease and comfort.
It makes lady to feel much relax from all kind of bondage. Hence there should

proud, honour and dignity. She is not only a girl but also a sister, wife,
women and grandma. So she has full right to cover her body the way she likes.

The recent remarks by the France
President Nicolas Sarkozy regarding veil has hurt the religious sentiments of
people not only in France but many but also people around the world. The issue
of Burkha has kept floating suspicious questions in the minds of the people.
However it is to be noted that never before Sarkozy any dignitary in 136th
years of Parliament made such controversial speech in the parliament. According
to him Burkha or veil would stigmatize Muslim people in France and he said he
support from banning such garment to be worn in public. He considers Burkha not
as a religious subservience. Here we people would like to ask the honorable
President Sarkozy that what is his opinion about those naked or clothless
people who wander on streets and do catwalks in and out of France during world
cup soccer matches or any other grand functions many males and females romp
naked with jubilation to celebrate their victory why does a person like
president appreciates such brazen acts which displays some horrible
extraordinary unwanted things. If this is their culture than veil is also a
culture of Islam. Sisters especially in France should prefer wearing of veil to
prevent our historical legacy. Every person in this world is born free and has
the tendency to choose his or her attire; mere just by forcing what to wear and
what not to wear is not to be decided any one. Islam never appreciates or
allows females to show their thighs or bellies to any person rather than hubby.
Hence people with such attitude should be given snub treatment or a time would
come when these people would wrath against the government. These issues should
be pondered seriously or situation would be drastic. It is to be noted that
veil has no restrictions of any kind. How can women in Burkha be considered as
prisoner. It’s a symbol of honor and respect. Moreover such baseless remarks
would just create fierce debate in and around. France has the history of many
European people an estimated of about 5 million people live there. The
Parliament itself has differences over this issue Immigration Minister Eric
Besson says that a full or complete ban on veil would just result only to
create tension in the society. Veil is the Islamic traditions carried on from
ages and how can we put restrictions or ban on such garments. It has great
attachments with Islam and has being part and parcel of every Islamic women who
resides around the globe. There are more important issues in France which is
more important in France rather than veil. Such remarks would just disturb
peace and order not only in France but also in abroad. Hence we people would
request the President of France to reconsider his demand of such statement and
not to play puppets with the sentiments of Muslim people around the world. We

We are living in modern, scientific and
technological age where the pace of the world is very high. Hence it is
necessary for us to get education at any cost. Without education we are like
body without soul. Education separates the ignorant person from learned one. It
is rightly said that education gained cannot be stolen. Education is the back
bone of every individual irrespective of caste creed or religion. Great strides
have been done in many fields of science, computer, space, medicine, astronomy
and many more because of education. In olden days there were no proper means of
facilities and equipments available for education. But the educator and the
pupil were very conscious to impart and gain education. The factual scene of
today is different because everything is available to us at ease and comfort,
but due to our laziness and pessimistic attitude we remain aloof. There are
many dropouts from schools and colleges and sadly nobody bothers for them. Our children
should be given proper guidance to guide them to right path for their future
career. If the student fails in any examination he gets frustrated, distracted
and his mind always tortures him which leads him to give up his education. This
is the time where our children should be motivated and encouraged where they
would feel that failure does not mean that we should give up, but it does means
that we are having a fresh start. Our parents should also think about the
future of their children. We should not expect every child as a meritious
student because whatever he has performed it is his individual performance and
it should not be compared with others. If comparison is done between two
students then it would lead to frustration. envy, and mental disorder of the
student. Hence whatever may be the performance of the student it should be
appreciated and praised to give a glimpse of cheer on his or face. Because once
the time goes away it would never come back again. Hence education is must and

India is a democratic, socialist
and secular nation. But the present scenario is changed and now people of India
think more in terms of their religion, community and so on. The feeling of
oneness, co-operation, togetherness and many more things are vanishing away.
Well we can't blame anyone for this situation rather we ourselves are to be
blamed for these happenings. Because today there are many people who
misunderstand Islam, they think that Islam teaches or preaches violence in any
form, but it’s not true. The factual scene of Islam is totally different from
the people that provoked that Islam teaches or preaches for any kind of
violence. On the contrary Islam teaches humanity, brotherhood, compassion, love
and affection for all living and non-living things including plants, animals
and human beings. Many people misinterpret it to sow the seeds of divisions in
the society. It is since ages that people of India live together irrespective
of caste and creed. Many historical monuments, customs, traditions give us the
clear example of our national integration. There is Unity in Diversity, which
forms the base of our democracy. In spite of variation in food, customs and
linguistic attitudes we are Indian. We should have respect, love and affection
for all the religions preached and practised in India. Because every religion
teaches good things, which is not a denying factor. Sports play a vital role in
culminating national integration. Our teams of cricket, hockey and football
have a bunch of different flowers or players irrespective of caste and creed.
Though they are called by different names bust lastly they unite to form an
Indian team, which gives spirit, zeal and boost their momentum to attain name
and fame of our country and we feel proud of it. Hence every Indian should work
whole heartedly for having a feeling of oneness and togetherness which would
remove all obstacles from our prosperous and progressive path in all sectors of
India. India is a land of cultural heritage because various castes, which are
practiced here. Hence no religion like Islam should be termed as religion that
favours or appreciates terrorism in any form. If antisocial elements are
disturbing the peace and order of our country then without any investigations
or introspection name of Islam is dragged and attached with it, innocent people
are targeted which proves mess for them and their families. Islam does not
approve violence in any form even cutting down of green trees are not permitted
in Islam. For handful of miscreant people we can't blame the whole religion for

insult meted and cained to the poor Indians. The Island famous for flora and fauna
of natural beauty has turn out to be a dens place for the Indians which depict
the ugly face of racism which is not at all appreciated by any human beings or
any nation in the world. It is not to be forgotten that all humans be it from
any part is the children of Adam and Eve, than why such situation of
differences prevailed in the western society. However it is to be noted that
India the land of multilingual society with so many caste, creed, tribes, race
live happily in our nation. Many foreign tourists comb daily in our nation, but
not a single tourist feel solitary, insecure or frightened because we consider

Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal has an intention of setting up of a Central Madrasa
Board to bring all the Islamic religious institutions under centralize rule.
The HRD minister had a meeting with many Muslim ministers from ruling as well
as opposition people and expert lawyers and clerics to discuss about the Act.
He wants to modernise Madarsa, according to him the students passing from the so
called Madrasa would get a certificate equivalent to CBSE which would be valid
for further educational courses. However it is to be noted that many Ulemas had
protested against this move by the HRD minister. It’s an intervention in one's
religious sentiments which goes against the will of people as well as nation. Nowadays
all these religious institutions are run on democratic principles within the
frame work of our Constitution. There are special teachers known as Ulemas and
Mauollemas to mould, teach, and guide the pupils by islamic teachings to make
themselves as Kari, Aaleem, Fazil, Mufti and so on. Many Ulemas have criticized
Sibal's view and did not favour centres view to centralize the Madrasa. It’s an
independent organisation set up under the principles of our Constitution just
having an intention to impart islamic education, mere personal gains and name
and fame have no place in that institution. If all Madrasas go on verge of
centralize pattern than whole of the policies, syllabus, curriculum, teachings,
text would be according to the centre and indirectly it would be an
interference in one's religion which goes according to the principles of
democratic principles. If we practice religion of our choice than we are free
to preach teach practice and form organisation of our choice is being taught in
civics. Many people have a mix reaction as to why only Madrasas to go on
Central Board why not other organisations of other religions. May be because
they have misconceptions about it that it’s a dwelling place of antisocial
elements. Islam never and never appreciated violence in any form be it physical

are the institutions that imbibe Islamic studies with reference to Holy Quran,

taken by Maharashtra Government that too Education department regarding A.T.K.T
needs applause for it. The main reason is that failure student's academic year
would not be lost and would be liable and considered mere just as they passed
student if he clears the given subjects in the stipulated span. The students
who failed either in any of two subjects may be in S.S.C or H.S.C would get a
upper hand to clear the given subjects in an attempt to cope themselves with
the passed students in the form A.T.K.T which means Allow To Keep Term so the
pupil may be allowed to keep on his term to continue for further studies even
if he or she has failed in either of two subjects. Education department called
upon views from many educationists, scholars and learned people and took the
historical decision. This intention just depicts us that the education
department is so much concerned about the students and wants each one to be
literate. In a rough estimate nearly lakhs of students would flow in for
admission and would be benefited by this new scheme of A.T.K.T. More over they
also plan to set up and add certain divisions for junior and senior colleges.
Because the flow of admissions would rise up following the number of students
clearing themselves by the new educational policy. This would also put an end
the graph of drops out students. There are many students who give up education
if failed in either of exam. The new policy of education would enhance the
standard of Education and students may feel much relax and tension free because
of the new procedure. This may also lessen the burden of studies because the
pupil has to concentrate on specific two subjects. However it is to be noted
that those two irrespective subjects also has 80/20 pattern which compromise
theory and oral under that scheme the pupil has to just score marks from the
given theory paper and also has upper hand from oral exam. Hence students of

blot on Society If we take the literal meaning of unemployment it would be as a
well qualified person who remains jobless would be termed as a unemployed
person. There are many factors responsible for the ongoing employment. Daily we
find students and people passing out several examinations or technical courses.
But finds very complicated to find any job of his or her choice. There are many
causes for growing unemployment. The alarming population is one such reason.
There are few handful seats vacant in any Government or private sectors but the
applicant and application reaching are ten times greater than the post. We find
thousands of people applying for one single post. Another reason may be now a day’s
qualified person just runs after Government jobs on account of various
facilities and pension and so on. In private sector they have many
misconceptions about jobs. Another reason may be corruption which adds fuel to
unemployment. People just reserve their jobs by paying huge amount of money and
thus their post is reserved. Personal gains, relatives, relationship, money
play a vital role for their selection procedure. Here they are counted in terms
of quantity and not in terms of quality. The real candidate is denied from the
selection level. The whole procedure of selection is just for show off and
lacks in reality shows. Paper work is kept up-to-date and very often records
are maintained. The other people who come for an interview in response to the

human beings such as food, shelter and clothing. Lot of people remain poor they
could not get proper food to eat and shelter for dwelling. Unemployment is one
of the serious problems arise due to on growing population. Vacant seats are
few and applicants are in large number. People remain jobless. Big cities like
metros and Cosmo cities are most affected by population. People migrate from
villages to cities in search of job and jobs are easily available in big cities

rightly said that "Heaven lies under the feet of a mother". If mother
is heaven than father is the gate of heaven. If we speak of mother than an
image comes in front of us, She gets up early in the morning. She is busy from
dawn to dusk. She is busy for the whole day for doing various activities. She
feeds her kids and family members. She just wants the family to be happy. No
other human beings in the whole universe can take place of a mother. Be it any
season she is never tired by her unending work. She does all hard manual work.
She sleeps late night and gets up early in the morning to do all chorus. She is
called by different names around the globe and also has celebration in the form
of Mother's Day when people around the world remember their mothers. There are

The word Islam means complete surrender to the will of Almighty
God that is Allah. Islam has five principles which include Qalama, Namaz, Roza,
Zakat and Haj. Every Muslim must follow these principles. Qalama means to say
by heart that There is no God but only Allah and Prophet Mohammad SAS is His
Messenger. Namaz means every Muslim must offer five times Namaz Solat in day.
Roza means he has to keep fast in the holy month of Ramadan. He has to remain
foodless and waterless from dawn to dusk. Zakat means that every wealthy Muslim
must give 2.5% of share from his left over wealth to relatives, neighbours, or
poor and needy. Hajj means every Muslim who is sound in position in terms of
wealth must go on a Pilgrimage to Mecca once in his life time. Islam never
teaches or preaches violence in any form; people have many misconceptions about
Islam. Violence has no place in Islam even cutting down of green trees is not
allowed in Islam. It is said in Holy Quran that "Whoever kills any human kill’s
whole humanity". People misinterpret it by mixing it with violence. There
are specific rights for all people are it Muslim or Non-Muslim. Islam religion
is based upon the teaching of Holy Quran and Hadith. Any person can feel free
to read the Holy Quran with translation meaning and understanding. Quran has
everything in it only thing is that we should take the pain of reading it with
translation. Islam even warns us not to waste water. Even if you have a river
flowing close to your house it says to draw water just for our use. There are
various examples by which we can prove that Islam teaches love, compassion,
mercy, universal brotherhood, for all human beings. It is the religion not only

called humanity was mingled in the society during the olden days it was just
like the part and parcel of society or a nation. People trusted people so much
that they were ready to sacrifice themselves for the cause of humanity. But
today the situation is totally changed nowadays man just craves for himself and
the feelings of other humans is vanished from his heart and soul. He begins to
feel about his personal gains and importance of his own belonging without
thinking of others. People with such thinking would never be successful in life

humans, do they not have any work or a family but they are the people who feel
happy by bringing happiness on others face. Such people would act as
motivational appliances to the people. Life is a combination of joy and sorrow
every living being has to taste death. It may come to an end at some or the
other day. But what remains is our good charitable work for the cause of
humanity. The time should be taken as an opportunity and should be served for
the cause of humanity. Every good work is it small or big has many difficulties
and hazards in its initial stage. But this may increase our experience in
surpassing the drawbacks of good work. Neglect all negative circumstances and
make up your mind to build up a society on humanism ground. We live for our
self but from today onwards begin to feel to live for others. One may begin to
feel change in acts, life, heart and soul. There are innumerable people in this
world who are deprived of their basic needs of food, shelter and clothing. So
what is the use of us rich people to lead such a luxurious life when our
brothers and sisters are living below poverty line? Our real hunger would be
satisfied if we feed some hungry people. Our real home would be when we provide
shelter to person who does not have a place to hide himself. Our real dress up
would be elegant when we offer clothes to that person who had not seen new
clothes since ages. Let’s make up our mind from the day onwards to help the
poor and the needy. To live for others if not as a whole but with few because
they are also humans they too have a heart with dreams but their dreams remains
dream because of their poverty.

Is Your Love True? By Liyakat Shah
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most
Merciful
LOVE! the most beautiful word which is used in the
whole universe. Love varies in terms of relationship either with humans,
animals, plants may be it livings or non-livings. In humans we have a
relationship of true love between mother father husband wife brother’s sister’s
relatives and so on. The pains sufferings care love oneness is some of the
aspects that go parallel to each mothers of the world. Being a kid a child is
unaware of the complex world it is the mother's lap of love that makes him feel
and cherish that the world is very simple enough. The loving relationship
between animals can be depicted at home, forest, jungles or roads whose love
are boundless and have cordial emotional and spontaneous expressions in front
of masses or strangers. An animal makes every possible means and measures to
feed their young ones. A common example can be traced from birds that fly miles
and miles away to get few granules of grains in their beaks to feed their young
chicks. They make their utmost care to prevent their dwelling place free from
all kinds of bearable or unbearable climatic condition. They care their young
ones from all enemies and if situation is such they even try to defend to their
cost to prevent them from any enemy. It all happens because of the kind of love
they have for them. A mother at home and outside cares and nourishes her child
to the best quality to bring smile on her face the baby's mere just cry or any
noise or movements makes her worry as to what has happen to her child. This is
living relationship that has the base of love can be best predicted by the
mother themselves. Another loving relationship is with the Almighty God who is
the Creator of this Universe. We often pray to Him because prayer brings much closer
to the Creator and it is an important way of thanking and worshipping Him. When
a person neglects prayer than he goes far away from his Lord, The love mercy
and blessings of God can be felt and tested in such a way that in spite of
doing countless bad deeds and bad work and crimes. God cares and loves us. His
blessings and mercy is immense and vaster than four oceans. "It is said
that if all trees of the world are made into pen and all waters of world as ink
than also could not write the blessings and mercy of Almighty God" So from
this the we can imagine the mercy and blessings of God. We people are so
culprit that we did not leave any sins to be done we have almost cross all the
limits of doing our sins. All our body parts are somehow associated with it.
But it’s just God's loving mercy that we stand still He gives ample time for us
to come to the right path. So this love should be taken as an opportunity by us
to correct our self as soon as possible. God loves those people most who had
done a lot of sins may be the sins equivalent to the water of oceans but the
condition is that one should repent himself as soon as possible and never do
that sins again and again. We humans remember our God only at bad times but
once the problems are overcome than we begin to show colours. Hence we humans
should remember our Lord at all times.

The Concept Of True God By Liyakat Shah
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most
Merciful
People around the world may be having many questions
in their minds regarding the existence of God. As we human beings have not seen
the Almighty God who is the Creator of this creation. To be honest enough today
we find people worshipping various deities in the form of plants, animals, idols,
sun, moon, fire, water, graves, saints, godly people and so on. But have we
ever tested these deities as too are they real Gods who created this Universe
and all the innumerable livings and non-livings things in this Universe just
think for a while and try to get the logical answer behind it. Mere just by
neglecting the fact and following the same customs and traditions of our fore
fathers is not the solution to our problem. But a through introspection is to
be done as to who is real God who cares, loves, makes and fulfil our desires.
Here is a beautiful test in order to test our deities. In Holy Quran Surah no 112.
The Unity, Sincerity, Oneness Of Allah 1. Say: He is God, the One and Only; 2.
God, the Eternal, Absolute; 3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 4. And
there is none like unto Him. The above four verses of Holy Quran are the best
of best way to get a clear definition of Almighty God. He is the Almighty God
the One and Only One. He does not have any partners. He is Eternal He is
everlasting and always existing. He is Absolute means free from all
imperfection and is totally complete and perfect. He begetteth not means He
does give birth to anyone nor He begotten means nor He was born by someone. And
there is none like unto Him means He cannot be compared with anyone He is
alone. Thus we find that Allah is the Almighty God who is the Creator of this
Creation. He created all things in the Universe. All the life cycle be it
livings or non-livings on this Earth follow and obey His command, none can escape
from Him, none can be hidden from Him. He knows what is there in our hearts. He
cares and loves all livings and non-livings things. He created huge sky above
us which stands without any support or pillars. He created huge mountains that
stands still He created vast oceans whose water is saline as well as sweet even
if both the waters meets than also He keeps them separated from each other. He
created many countless species in plants, animals, fruits, vegetables and many
more a true example can be traced that some fruits and vegetables grows above
the soil some below the soil some in water. So all his creation varies in terms
of look, appearance, colour, taste, contains and many more things. All fruits
are not alike as they may be very sweet or just sweet, sour, bitter, tasteless,
juicy, creamy, milky, watery, delicious, crunchy and so on. Who has such power
to provide such contains in all eatables. He created all these things for human
beings to satisfy their hunger and also such contains gives desired necessary vigour
and energy to our body. Who taught birds to fly, Who taught fishes to swim, Who
gives rains, Who makes child in mother's womb, Why does day and night change
from time to time still many more questions are there. The answer would be just
it’s the Almighty God Allah Rabbul Izzat who governs all these things in
specific laws He never gets tired. He can be called by different beautiful
melodious names. To know in detail about Him one has to read the Holy Quran
with meaning and understanding to recharge our self. He created humans starting
from Prophet Adam (A.S) He sent His Messengers starting from Prophet Adam (A.S)
till Prophet Mohammad (Peace And Blessings Upon Him) from time to time for the
guidance of humanity. He also gave miracles to Prophets to show His divine
power. Every Prophet that came to the earth spoke about oneness of God He does
not have any son or a daughter He is alone He does not have any partner. His
Mercy and Blessings is very vast He feeds even those people who neglects and never
believes in Him. Rather He gives ample time to come back to the right track. He
never punishes us immediately. He gives lot of time to repent ourselves. He
loves seventy times more than our mother so imagine His mercy. He forgives our
sins even if there is a prick of thorn in our feet. He loves His subjects very
much. Every human being has to gather At The Day Of Judgment and have to give
answers for his beautiful life which He has given to us. Our records of good or
bad deeds would be exposed before Him and shall be either punished or rewarded
by His Mercy. He may forgive all our sins but He may never forgive our those sins
by which we made partners of Him by joining Him with other deities and Gods.
God has kept everything thing in this world in a balance way there is life with
death, day with night, joy with sorrow. No one has the power to go against His
creation. If one has to die than no so ever has the power to save his or her
life at any cost, but if God want a person to live than no one has any power to
kill or harm him or her at any cost. Hence think over about our own God and try
to believe in true God. He is one and and not make His partners. May Almighty
God shower rains of Blessings and Mercy Upon people to follow true religion of
Almighty God Allah
