Explanation of Surah No 104 Al-Humazah ( The Slander)

Explanation of Surah No 104 Al-Humazah ( The Slander)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

This also is an early Meccan Surah.

This Surah condemns all sorts of scandals, backbiting, taunting and selfish, hoarding of wealth and the man’s meanness which truly destroy the hearts and affections of men

In the society of Mecca those days the Pagan Mecca possessed very bad character and were arrogant. They were rich Arabs but very mean. They used to count and hoard their money in fear of parting with it. They used to like back biting, mimicry, taunting. They used to enjoy creating troubles and create fight between two parties. In fact they were true example of scandal mongers. They were under the impression that their collection of wealth going to remain with them forever.

Therefore in this Surah Allah points out as what will be the end of them. Have they ever thought about it? They have disbelief in the Day of Judgments and have forgotten about it.

Allah says that He truly hates these types of people and has kept for them a deep special Blazing Fire for their punishments. This Fire will search the motives and intensions of each criminal and the depth of their crimes so they will be thrown in Allah’s Fire of Hell, which will break them into pieces.

In their worldly life they were so arrogant and mean and never spent their wealthy in the good cause of Allah. Therefore they will be thrown with great hat rated in this deep Fire. They will be suffocated and choked for this volt of Fire will cover them all over and its big strong columns will extend on a very large area. There is no chance to escape from it. They might have collected the worldly gains and felt very high but on the Day of Account they will be on total loss. They will be kept burning and will have no end for their miseries.

Explanation of Surah No 103 of Quran AL-ASR (TIME)

Explanation of Surah No 103 of Quran AL-ASR (TIME)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

This is an early Meccan Surah Revealed in Mecca.

In this Surah Allah has explained in few words, the loss and gains of this world and of Hereafter. The full guidance is given in this small Surah. In the tradition it says that among the friends of Prophet Peace And Blessings Upon Him, when they used to meet each other, they used to recite this important Surah.

In this Allah has taken the oath to witness the importance of Time. That every hour is converting into minutes and minutes into seconds and same way the future becomes present and the present becomes the past. i.e. to say that time is passing very fast, the Time given to you as your lifetime is going out of your hands. So do not waste it in worldly whims but make the most of it to strive in His cause to get the success in both the worlds.

Allah says that to achieve this success a man should have four qualities. The first is the strong True Faith which consists of six fundamentals.

a)     To believe and worship One True God Only and not to make any partners to Him, since He Alone is the Creator, Sustainer and Cherisher of all. Therefore we should believe in His Divine Power and Obey Him and Sincerely follow His guidance.

b)    That we should believe in His Angels who carry His orders.

c)     To believe in all His Divine Books inspired to His Messengers Peace And Blessings Upon them.

d)    To believe in all His Messengers Peace And Blessings Upon Them regardless of any particular one.

e)     To believe in Resurrection, the Final day of Judgement and its Rewards and Punishments.

f)      To believe in firmly in Divine Destiny that is to say that Only Allah decides our destiny in whatever form as per His universal plan. Whatever good or bad comes in our life is with His will only as a test to see whether in good time we thank Him and strive in His good cause in bad time we have patience or we rebel against Him.

Second quality is to strive in His good cause to get the success of both worlds providing you have the True Faith and a True Muslim since without this your good deeds are not counted in a Hereafter for your rewards. But you will get the rewards for it in this world only.

Third quality is that your good qualities and your True Faith you should try to introduce to others. This can be achieved by yourself having strong Belief and have just and honest character, so the others will follow your example. If you see your brethren going wrong then you should try to correct him. When you see the enemies of Islam try to bolt the True Faith, then you should be all united and be firm against Allah’s enemies, do not at all join His enemies with fear. Allah speaks the Truth and do justice and give the right to one who deserves.

The forth quality is to have patience in any difficulty by setting your own example to the others so they should follow as well. You should explain to them that all the hardships and troubles come from Allah’s source only as a test and He is the One Who will remove them. So having Faith you should have patience. Following these qualities the whole Muslim Umma will be on righteous and will get their Salvation and will get reward in both the worlds.

The History of past Nations give witness that they were without these qualities for rejecting their Messengers Peace And Blessings Upon Them and Guidance, so they were destroyed and they are losers in Hereafter.

Therefore Allah says that do not waste your time and come to the righteous before your departure from this world

Explanation of Surah No 102 of Quran AT-Takathur (The Piling Up)

Explanation of Surah No 102 of Quran AT-Takathur (The Piling Up)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

This is an early Meccan Surah. It gives warning against the passion for pilling up of worldly things, fame, power, wealth etc.

In the beginning Allah says that what has happened to you that to collect more and more has made you so busy that you have forgotten and neglected the important things in your life. You never satisfied for what you have been given and to thank your Lord. But you try to get as much as you can indifferent fields e.g. the passion to seek an increase in wealth, higher position, the number of followers without caring which are the means you are getting them from. For it makes you neglect to give the rights to whom it deserves, feeding the poor and helping other. You have passion to increase your power, collecting arms and ammunition and for what? to kill your own innocent beings and fill the world with oppressions. You also try to enjoy most of the luxuries and lusts ignoring its consequences.

Allah says that all your life span given to you, you wasted it in the collections and you think that you have achieved a very good success. But soon you will know its results as soon as the time of your departure from this world comes and then you will realize that you have to leave everything. You forget that now you will be asked as which means you got all these from. Did you get them in an honest way or crook way. You will also be asked about the Bounties your Lord has given you, as to which way you utilized them. Did you use it in His Good cause or you utilized it lavishly to satisfy your own self. Did you ever try to offer thanks to your Lord or you just took it granted that these you got from your own merit or may be these are the favours of your false gods.

Therefore you will be asked about all these worldly delight and the sources you got them from and then you will be held responsible on the Day of Judgement infront of Allah, the Supreme Judge. Beware that each and everyone involved in this category including the Believers will be asked. Allah reminds them once again that surely you will know it’s consequences of Blazing Fire of Hell. Infact you wasted your life in wrong things and wrong efforts of no value. It is sad that you did not pay attention to the warnings given to you. If you had taken it seriously then you would have seen the Reality and would have avoided the wrong. Any way now use your reason and do not waste your time in evil collections. Why not try to strive in His Good cause and follow the Righteous ways to get the ample benefit in the Hereafter!

Explanation of Surah No 101 of Quran AL-Qariah (The Striking Hour)

Explanation of Surah No 101 of Quran AL-Qariah (The Striking Hour)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is an early Meccan Surah, revealed in Mecca. This Surah describes the Judgement Day as the Day of Clamour i.e. the Day of loud and confused noise.

Allah says that do you know what the striking Hour is? It is the Judgement Day when all the landmark of this world will be lost. ( It is possible that a huge star may strike the Sun or the Earth or the Moon or may be strike all three in one go or should be the sun may expand due to its aging process and its surface may come closer to Earth and the temperature will rise. If the Sun further approaches the Earth, the strong gravitational force will break the Moon into smaller segments and our ocean will boil, after the sun becomes red giant it may explode. Allah says that all the landmark of this world will be lost with tremendous convulsion, Men will be like moths, frail and light scattered about. This stage of helplessness in which men will be at first overwhelmed on the Day of account, This Mountains which look so strong and solid will scatter about carded wool.

Allah says that New world will be perfectly Just World, will be established and Allah will be the Supreme Judge. That Day no good action will be lost and no evil one will be blot out but will have its compensation value estimated. The good deeds will be weighed and appraised in the nicest and Justest way for it will take into account his motives, intensions, temptations and surroundings conditions. Against them will be weighed the deeds of opposite kind appraised in the same way. If the good predominates providing he is a Believer, then the Judgement will be in his favour and he will be blessed into life of good pleasure and satisfaction in the Hereafter. There will be the grades of this Bliss according to his deeds. And for the sinners and Nonbelievers and atheists there will be punishments of deep pit of Fire of Hell. All these categories of sinners will also have the grades of punishments suited to the sins of the individual sinner concerned. Since they have been rejecters of True Faith, so their good deeds would be lost and would not be taken into account, Therefore the weight of their deeds will be very light which will entitle them for the Blazing deep Fire of Hell (and previously Allah revealed that the Hypocrites will be at the bottom of Hell for their double dealings)

Explanation of Surah No 100 of Quran AL-Adiyat (Those that run)

Explanation of Surah No 100 of Quran AL-Adiyat (Those that run)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is an early Meccan Surah. Its theme is to make man understand about his selfishness and ungratefulness to his Lord. For not believing about the Day of Judgement and having no fear of his Lord makes him go in the pit of evil.

Those days the corruption of robbery, loot and murder was common in Arab world. The man had no peace and no sleep at nights. Because most of the incidents were carried, setting quietly at night and attacking the enemies at early dawn Allah says that although man has inner conscience which draw his attention at his wrongs, but he ignores its call just for the sake of worldly gains which in fact he will be leaving them behind on his departure from this world his eyes will open when he will see the Reality on the Final Day and he will have to answer for his evil deeds, all written correctly in his Book of Record and he cannot deny anything, but he will be heading for punishment.

Allah has given the example of horses as how they are so grateful to their masters who feed them and looks after them so they always obey him. They go at any extent to please their master, off, they go striking fire enemies they hoofs by night, attacking regardless of the weapons of their enemies they boldly penetrate into midst of them, risking their lives for the cause. But just look at the ungrateful man Does he show the faithfulness to his Lord? The unregenerate man except those who received guidance, is ungrateful to his lord, the Cherisher, Creator and Sustainer Who sends His blessings at all times. Man’s ingratitude may be shown by thoughts, words and deeds, by denying Allah and His goodness, by misusing his gifts e.g. horse for robbery and by doing injustice to His creatures. Allah did not give the gift of horses for his evil necessities, but to use them in His good cause to use them in waging the war against evil. Allah says that man is in love with his worldly gains and lust. Soon he will see the Reality when on the Day of Resurrection all his secret plots, evil thoughts and evil greed will be brought up before the Judgement- Seat of Allah. On that final Day not only his Book of Record of his deeds will be brought forward but the motives and his intention of performing any deed will be brought to light E.g. if a man has done any charity in his life, so did he do this charity to please his Lord or he did to have fame to show his wealth and power. Thus Allah will sort out good from evil for Allah’s Knowledge is full and He knows well His creatures. And on the Day it will reveal to man the secret (of the Day of Sorting out) which he had long forgotten, for the Book of his deed will be opened up. And Allah only knows as to punish and who to reward.

Explanation of Surah No 99 of Quran AL-ZILZAL (The Convulsion)

Explanation of Surah No 99 of Quran AL-ZILZAL (The Convulsion)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is also one of the earliest Meccan Surah. Its topic is another life after death when all their tinniest of the tiny good evil done in their probation life of this world will be brought forth in front of their Lord and their Books of Record will be opened. Then they will be surprised to see that nothing is left out. It also refers to the convulsion and uprooting which will take place when the present order of the world will be dissolved and the New world of Justice and Truth will be established.

In the beginning Allah reveals that on the Final Day of Judgement there will be a terrifying, terrible earthquake, worst that we can ever think of and the earth will be shaken badly, turning inside out and it will empty the burden which was kept for a long time e.g. the dead, the minerals and treasure will be all emptied out. The man seeing all these will say what is happening to it. All his life he struggled to collect the wealth as much as he could by all sorts of crook ways and now it is all lying in front him as useless as he could think of.

The Nonbelievers will be surprised to see the Reality and will be sorry for themselves for rejecting the news given to them about this Day. But the Believers will be happy to see it happening exactly as they were told.

That Day all the scattered parts of the human decayed bodies will be gathered together and they will rise with their Books of Records open in front of them. Even their most secret deed or inner motives will be brought to the full light.

The Earth will be ordered by the Lord to proceed and give the witness. Then it will tell the whole story and repeat all the events of good or evil of each and everyone as when and where was it done. Although in this present world good and evil will are mixed up, but on that True Judgement Day each grade of good or evil will be sorted out with Justice. Therefore the witness of speaking of the earth and the human parts of the bodies are necessary for the correct Judgement in the Supreme Court of Allah. So that sinners cannot deny any of their evil deeds. Both categories of good and evil will proceed in sorted groups to receive the Judgement. They will be shown the exact import of everything that they thought, said or done in their life of probation. Everything as little as the weight of an atom will be brought to account openly and nothing will be hidden, since that Day there will be no partiality or favourtism but there will be True Judgement.

In previous Suras of 6, 10,24,28,34 Allah says that Believers will get the reward ten times more for any of their good deeds and the Rejecters and sinners get the punishment equal to their sins. And in other Suras of 11, 14, 18, 24 Allah says that the good deeds of Nonbelievers will not go up but they will get their rewards in the world only. But they will be punished for the Rejection of Faith in the Hereafter. Therefore Allah informs the man that the tiniest of the tiny good or bad deeds has its weight and get written down. Thus one must not leave any tiny good deed to do since all these little tiny deeds get mounted and become big and entitled you better rewards and same way one must avoid to do the tiniest evil deed since all these tiny evil deeds get mounted up and put you deep in Allah’s Wrath.

Explanation of Surah No 98 of Quran AL- BAIYINAH (The Clear Evidence)

Explanation of Surah No 98 of Quran AL- BAIYINAH (The Clear Evidence)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Some learned men say about this Surah that it was revealed in Mecca while some says that it was revealed in Median. The topic is to say that a Messenger or a Warner is necessary with a Holy Book to bring the stray people on the righteous. The stray people may be from the people of the Book e.g. Jews and Christians who have their mixed their pure Holy Books of Bible and Tora Which were inspired by their Lord with their own made laws to suit their own fantasies and desires, or they may be from Pagans either completely rejecting One True God or believing in Oneness of Allah, but worshipping different self made gods and goddesses and giving Allah’s Attributes to them. Therefore it was necessary with Allah’s Mercy to send the promised Mohammad (PBUH) and the Holy Book of Quran to correct them and to modify their Holy Books in which they have made a lot of changes by their own mixed up ideas and to make them understand to differentiate between Rights and Wrongs with correct guidance from their Lord so that they will know where they were going wrong.

Then Allah says about the corruption of the People of Books that they were given the guidance by their Lord in the inspired Books which were Pure and Holy and they were given the Messenger Moses and Jesus but they mixed up Allah’s True Books with their own fancies by worshipping from Allah’s own creation created by Him and giving them the degree of god which Allah has never allowed them to do so e.g. Jews say Uzair as son of God and the Christians says Jesus as son of God or one of the three. They have mixed their True Religion with falsehood. Therefore they are fully responsible for their own consequences.

Allah says that all of them were ordered to worship One True God, perform their prayers and give Alms to the poor and needy, which had been a True Religion from centuries and Mohammad (PBUH) announces the same True Religion. Therefore with His Mercy, He has sent the last Messenger and the True Guidance in His Inspired Book of Quran. So from the people of the Book and the polytheist if any one rejects His Messenger and His Holy Books of Quran, so he will not be able to escape from the worst punishment of the Fire of Hell where he will remain there forever.

Man is Allah’s best Creation who had been given the faculty to differentiate between good and evil, but it is very sad that he does not use his reason, instead he disbelieves and disobeys his Lord and rejects His Messengers.

In the end Allah says that whoever from the People of Book and from the polytheist repents and come to the righteous will believe and worship One True God and obeys Him and His Last Messenger (PBUH) sent by Him and will do plenty of good deeds will be rewarded with the promised Gardens of Paradise. Allah well pleased with him he well pleased with his Lord.

Explanation of Surah No 97 of Quran AL-QADR (The Night of Honours)

Explanation of Surah No 97 of Quran AL-QADR (The Night of Honours)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is probably a Meccan Surah revealed in Mecca the subject matter is the Night of Power (or Honour), in which Revelation came down to the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) for the first time through Angel Gabriel when he was confined to his worship in the Heera cave in Mecca, in the Month of Ramadan.

The Theme of this Surah is to show the importance of the Holy Book of Quran.

In the beginning Allah strictly says that this is your Lord who has revealed this Quran and for sure it is not the composition of His Messenger (PBUH)

Then Allah says the Message of Allah descended down on One Special Night in the form of the first five verses of Surah 96 Al-Alaq and the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was chosen as Allah’s Messenger. In that Auspicious Night, the spiritual darkness was dispersed by the Glory of Allah, giving rise to the soul the sense of security and peace which last until Dawn. All through that Honourable Night there is Peace and Goodness from your Lord to His Believing slaves, until the appearance of Dawn.

Allah says that this particular Honourable Night is better than the thousand nights since on this Night the Qur’an was revealed to remove the spiritual darkness by the Glory of Allah. This in fact was a great incident that happened on the Powerful Night that Allah’s Guidance was given to His men in a form of complete Book of Qur’an. Most probably that Night the whole Qur’an was given to His Angel by Allah from His Divine Computer and then in the next twenty three years according to the guidance needed to His mankind, the verses were revealed to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) Any good deed done in this Auspicious Night is most rewarded. On that Night the Spirit (Angel Gabriel) and the Angels come down by Allah’s command and all this last until the dawn, and Allah takes the good decision suitable to His mankind. The sincere worship offered to your Lord and plenty good deeds give rise to sense of security and wonderful peace of our Souls, with plenty rewards in the Hereafter.

Now when is that Auspicious Night?

Narrated Aisha, the wife of Prophet (PBUH) that Allah’s Messenger (PBUH), “search for the Night of Qadar in the odd Nights of ten Nights of Ramadan may be 21st, 23rd, or 27th Night of Ramadan The exact night is not mentioned, may be for the reason that the believers won’t confined themselves to only one particular Night for worship and good deeds but they should continue on other nights as well to collect and build their most Rewards in the Hereafter.

Explanation of Surah No 96 of Quran IQRA or AL-ALAQ (The Clot)

Explanation of Surah No 96 of Quran IQRA or AL-ALAQ (The Clot)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This Surah from Verses 1-5 were the First direct Revelation to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) there was an interval, may be few months or may be a year. Soon after the rest of the verses from 6-19 revealed in which Allah gave Him the Command to preach

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was unlettered but His mind was full of spiritual knowledge, so He was chosen by his Lord as His Messenger to convey the Message of Truth to the Meccan Pagans, That time his age was forty and his wife Lady Khadija was fifteen years senior to him.

The Prophet (PBUH) often used to go and sit in the cave Hira in Mecca and used to seclude himself from the rest. He believed in One True God and used to worship Him in his own way. Up till then he was not taught the compulsory Prayers. He was a very kind and honest man always ready to help the Poor and needy and his people used to respect him for his qualities, and honesty, before the start of his Missions of Preaching.

One day when he was meditating in the cave Hira, when Angel Gabriel came to him to prepare him for the task of his Mission to go to the Pegan Quraish and to give the Message of Allah of True Faiths to Worship One True God and to cancel their ancestral worship.

He was asked by Angel Gabriel to “Read”. He was very frightened and said that he was unlettered to face such heavy task. But he had to bow to the will of His Lord. He came home and explained this episode to his wife and she considered it very important and her cousin Nofel declared that it was Angel Gabriel who he met and that he was chosen as Allah’s Messenger but he would suffer a lot of persecution by his people.

The second part from Verses 6-19 reveals when the Prophet (PBUH) started offering his Prayers in the Mosque Haram as was taught to him by Angel Gabriel. Haram was made the centre of idol worship for the entire Arabs. Abu Jahal was his worst enemy and could not tolerate his worship of bowing down to One True God, and cancelling all their false gods. So he threatened the Messenger to crush his head on the ground with his foot and will bring a gang of powerful men for his help. Once he tried to commit awe and run away.

The Prophet (PBUH) was taught by Angel Gabriel to begin first “In the Name of Allah who is the Creator, Who created man from a leach like clot” (This is the early stage of the embryo, After fertilization of male sperm with a particular chosen egg in the mother’s womb, very tiny cell is formed which multiply very fast and becomes a clot of blood which looks like leech and moves about, a lowly origin of man. This was revealed by Allah about 1400 years ago recently science has invented it)

Then a direct Message was given to the Prophet (PBUH) that his Lord is a Cherisher, a concrete Message of Allah the Creator to His Creatures whom He loves and cherishes. Then this lowly origin in man was offered a high destiny in his intellectual, Moral and spiritual knowledge by his most Bountiful Creator. He taught us to write (The first person to write was Prophet Enoch i.e. Idris). Allah teaches us new knowledge at every given moment as gifts from Allah in form of strength, beauty, wealth, position, power and talent. But man mistakes these gifts as his own achievements and instead thanking Him becomes arrogant and transgresses His Bounds. But in the end he will have to face the result of his rejection.

Then Allah gives the reference of Abu Jahal, the bitter enemy of the Prophet and Islam, who used to insult and humiliate the Prophet (PBUH) and his Believers. He used to attack to prevent him going for prayer and stop the others as well from following him. Allah will appoint the guards of hell over him and on his colleagues. And all of them joined together could not obstruct the Devine Mission. Therefore Allah says that all the combined forces of evil, having worldly appearance in their favour and for time being seems successful would not stand against Allah but surely they will be punished severely by their Lord. But the Righteous will have no fear, since they bow down in adoration to their Lord which is in defense from evil which brings them close to Allah, much more closer than their Jugular Veins.

Explanation of Surah No 95 of Quran AT-TIN (The Fig)

Explanation of Surah No 95 of Quran AT-TIN (The Fig)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is an Meccan Surah.

This Surah appeals to the most sacred four symbols to show that Allah created man in the best of the moulds, but the man is capable of utmost degradation unless he has Faith and leads a Righteous life since the Final Judgement is sure to come.

These four sacred symbols are the Fig, the olive, Mount Senai, and the Sacred city of Mecca. The figs and the Olives are very delicious, but in its wild state it is nothing but a tiny seeds and in size it is conspicuous. The figs grow most in Syria and olives in Palestine where most of the Prophets were introduced by Allah from Abraham (A.S) to Jesus (A.S) who were the Prime examples of Allah’s Righteous creatures. Next is Mount Senai Where the Laws were given to Prophet Moses (A.S) to lead his Nation of Israel on Righteous and where the Glory of Allah was made visible to him. The last is the city of Mecca. Its foundation was laid by Prophet Abraham who witnesses the example of Righteous by blotting out the ancestral idolism and flying the flag of the worship of One True God and made it a peaceful city. But now this sacred city is full of idolaters and corruptions, where no one has any peace and the same city abused the greatest Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Therefore Allah says that these symbols refer to Allah’s Light of Revelation which offers man the highest destiny if he will follow His Righteous ways. It also shows that Allah created man in the best possible moulds by giving him faculty of knowledge thus made him Vicegenerant that no other His creation could compete him. Allah says that the man by striving in His way can achieve the noble destiny and righteous deeds but when he falls at his worst, he is lowest of the low, goes down so deep in his evil deeds without any shame so much so that he leaves no respect for himself nor for his fellow beings, falling lower that the beast e.g. the beast will go after one prey only when he is hungry and he does not kill the general killings of many animals in his greed, but on the contrary man in his greed invent dangerous bombs, arms and ammunition to kill a lot of men in one go for his satisfaction. He will have no shame to rape old or young or even little children and then murder them, thinking no one has any power to stop him. So with Allah’s universal scheme that if man likes the evil so much, so let him go for it. Then he goes so deep in sins that he falls lowest of the lower than the beasts and he will be kept in the lowest possible position if he rebels his Lord for Judgement is sure to come.

You can see these two types of people in the human society the Righteous and the wrong doers, so how you expect their consequences should be the same? E.g. if you have any claim of any kind then don’t you approach to the Court of Justice? Therefore the Final Judgement has to come where in His court of Justice. Allah will punish the wrong doers and they cannot escape from His Grip. While the Righteous has nothing to fear and will get the Best rewards by their Lord in the Hereafter.

Explanation of Surah No 91 of Quran ASH-SHAMS (The Sun)

Explanation of Surah No 91 of Quran ASH-SHAMS (The Sun)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is an early Meccan Surah.

The topic of this Surah is to make the Meccan Pagans realize the difference between rights and wrongs and to warn them the consequences of their wrong ways of life which was very common those days and the Pagans were very proud to enjoy their wrongs but never prepared to leave and come to Righteous.

In the beginning of this Surah Allah vows on the Sun and the Moon, The Day and The Night and the Sky and the Earth to make them understand that these are the contrast in Allah’s Sublime Creation. Sun is so bright and gives a lot of heat and shines while Moon is Just opposite i.e. pale and conspicuous.

Next is Day and Night, opposite to each other i.e. one is bright and the other is dark, so the difference is very obvious.

Then next contrast is given of sky which is above spreaded high and down is spreaded is Earth. Both belong to the same University yet they are different to each other. Same way Allah has created a man and breathed in him a soul with given faculty of knowledge, senses, understanding in due proportion and relative perfection, so he is able to differentiate between sin and piety. Allah has kept an instinct in him which is conscience which makes him realize when he is wrong as something inside him screams and tells him to be careful else he will face the bad consequences. If a man can see the vast differences between Allah’s given Nature of Sun and Moon, Night and Day, and Sky and the Earth then why can’t he see the differences between rights and wrong? And how can he say that both should have the same consequences. In the court of this world the Judge Punishes the sinners and rewards the righteous, so how can they expect in the Court of Justice of their Lord it should be different and have no result. Allah also sent His Messengers and the Books to guide them and warn them for their wrongs.

Therefore by these tokens man should learn that his success and his salvation depend on keeping his soul pure by choosing the height of right ways. And his failure and his decline on soiling his souls by choosing the wrongs.

Then Allah gives the example of Nation of Thamud whose Warner and Messenger was Prophet Saleh (A.S) The Meccans used to see their ruins of their destruction in the North of Hijaz. This is to make them realize the necessity of Messenger to Strengthen their knowledge of Rights and wrongs with its consequences. Thamud people were arrogant and astray, rejected their Messenger of Allah. So he warned them with a she camel as a sign to let her alone drink water by the Command of Allah from the reserve on her drinking day and let her come no harm or else you will face a grievous Chastisement, but they killed her, thus they were destroyed by Allah and He was not at all sorry for destroying them.

Thus this Surah ends with a warning of terrible consequences for those who wants to remain in their wrongs and have no fear of Hereafter.

Explanation of Surah No 90 of Quran AL-BALAD (The City)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

THIS IS AN EARLY Meccan revelation and refers to the relation of the Holy Prophet (Peace And Blessings Upon Him) with the city of Mecca. He was born in the City of Mecca which had been sacred for ages. He belonged to a noble family but he was an orphan, and the orphans in his days had very poor time. He was unlettered but he had Divine Guidance. He protested against idolatry and sins, for that his own people persectuted him and cast him out. He should have been respected and loved in his native city. But he and his followers were put under a ban and hardship. Allah says that for sure that soon the time will come when he with his followers will triumphantly enter the native city.

The Meccan Pagans were astray and arrogant and did  not want anyone to interfere into their corrupted ways. They were quite happy to believe that

Explanation of Surah No 84 of Quran AL-INSHIQAQ (The Splitting Asunder)

Explanation of Surah No 84 of Quran AL-INSHIQAQ (The Splitting Asunder)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is an early Meccan Surah. The Meccan Pagans were strictly against the Mission of Prophet Mohammad (Peace And Blessings Upon Him) rejecting the Faith and mocking the Rise after Death and the Day of Judgment its rewards and punishments which lead them in the darkness of evil.

In the beginning Allah explains the passing away of this world to make a way for a New World of Reality indicated by two facts. First is the heavens which is a matter will split a sunder. They remain so long as Allah dissolution, they will obey their Lord and vanish and all their mysteries will be emptied out. Second the Earth, which is a globe, enclosing within it many secrets will stretch out by flying away the mountains, buildings etc and will throw up by His command and bodies of many generations buried in its soil to obey its Lord. And the men will be resurrected.

Then Allah says that the people will be divided according to their deeds. The lot who were given their Books of Record into their Right hand will be the fortunate ones, who strived hard in their worldly stay and gave the sacrifices of the worldly lusts and were Righteous Believers. So they will get the best possible Rewards and many more their Lord. But the lot who rejected the Truth will get their Lord. But the lot who rejected the Truth will get their Books in their left hand. In fact they will take their Books with shame from behind their backs. These are the ones who strived to please themselves to achieve their lusts and desires of this world. They had no fear of their Lord. In fact they were lost in the whims of their present world and thought that there is no catch on them.  They were too busy to get the best of the world for themselves and their families even if they had to break any Allah’s Bound by many crook ways. So now they will be in the agony of Blazing Fire crying for death to end their miseries and torments. They never believed that they will be resurrected and will have to give their accounts. But Alas! There is no death anymore for them but the taste of Fire forever.

Then Allah vows to say that nothing is permanent in this life by giving examples of sun which shines and the people worshipped it which is not even permanent, which vanishes with the twilight. Then the Night comes and darkness follows, then the moon appears and stage by stage grows and then decline, same way the man travels stage by stage and his life is not permanent. That is he has to return to his goal to answer for his deeds.

Therefore Allah says as what is wrong with him that he does not pay any attention to his Lord and prostrate out of respect and humble gratitude to his Lord. But rejects the Big Day thinking he is responsible and can do what he likes which really is the core of every evil. So give him the painful news of agonizing Blazing Fire if he does not repent.

And to those who are Believers and Righteous, give them the good News of the Best Reward of the everlasting Bliss of Paradise.

Mob Lynching Against Humanity By Liyakat Shah

Mob Lynching Against Humanity By Liyakat Shah
Recently a young guy from London was distracted and disturbed mentally due to some tension and stress on mind as a result he thought to put an end to such a stressful and sorrowful life. So he planned of committing a suicide by jumping from a tall bridge into the river in London. As he decided to finally jump into the river people from passerby notice about his acts and one by one in all many people assemble to save his precious life. The situation was worth watching because some hold of his neck, some tied him with a rope, some caught his legs, some hold his belt, some caught his neck some paints waist and all of them were talking with him very politely to change and divert his mind of committing suicide to end his life. The dozens of people who caught him in order to save his life were none of his near or dear ones or any of his relatives. All were just only citizen of his country that is London. They tried every means and came into action with whatever things or ideas they had, without bothering about who the person or the religion. It was a beautiful act of humanity that binds all the citizens together. For them life of every human being or a species is precious and needs to be safeguard and protected irrespective of caste, creed or gender.
But very sad to say that in our country that is India, the situation is exactly opposite totally different and against the above mentioned instance. In London dozen of people together try to prevent one single life of a human on the basis of humanity, but in India we find dozens or more in group try to kill a human being in the name of Mob Lynching. No religion in the world teaches or preaches hatred or appreciates any acts of violence and mob lynching in the name of religion. India is a multi religious country and all have equal rights to live here no one is inferior or superior in the eye of Constitution written by the Architect of Indian Constitution Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. It is the responsibility of the Government at Centre and State to handle such miscreants who create serious threat to our country as well as constitution. The so called minority people are also the citizens of India and they also have equal rights as other citizens. It is our culture of different religion, region, food; places of worship and language bind us together to make us Indian.
Every single person who lives in India his or her life is precious and Government should take the responsibility to safeguard and protect its legacy. The pain and suffering can be only heard from those people who lost their near and dear ones due to such heinous crime of mob lynching. There are so many a death due to such crime the list is very long. Those people who are indulge in such things should think and analysis themselves what we are doing and why we are doing such things those killed are also our fellow citizen, if they find anything odd on suspicions let the law do its work which is not permitted by our own religion and Constitution. Our beautiful country is already facing many crises and such instances would add more problems to the development of our country.
The pain and suffering of an Indian brother who speaks for a mother and father who lost their son, a widow who lost her husband, a sister who lost her brother and for the beautiful  country India who lost one of its precious citizen of democratic, secular and republic India
